I think it’s safe to say that this is something a little bit out of my comfort zone. While I have done shots for businesses before and have done lingerie photographs before, combining the two in this environment was a little bit different for me.
The lighting in Stage Door is a little bit low key, so I wanted to use that as much as possible (I guess very much in the way you might approach a music gig) without losing any photographic quality and I think in many ways we achieved that.
Moving forwards I need to make sure that communication is better between myself and clients and ensure we can work together to create things like briefs and timelines so that the day of shooting runs smoother and is calmer as that mirrors my style of working much more.
