I’ve been looking to get into more sports styled photography for awhile and someone recommended me Brett to work with.

Brett was in an accident that resulted in his legs being so damaged that doctors didn’t think that he would walk again but he proved them wrong. He was told he wouldn’t be able to ever have a boxing match but has proved people wrong with that as well.

I photographed his training and tried to capture his passion and energy while also quizzing him on many things. I’m not particularly athletic so I don’t really understand many sports based activities but I always respect the discipline and dedication that goes into being an athlete of any kind. I respect Brett more-so given everything he has had to overcome in order to be where he is. What a great human being!
